Are you passionate about digital marketing, driven by data, and constantly seeking ways to improve performance? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team at Dutton Gregory Solicitors, based in our Chandler's Ford office.



This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated digital marketer to take ownership of performance-driven campaigns across PPC, SEO, and web analytics, helping us to reach new clients and maximise our online visibility.



As our Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for driving targeted traffic, increasing brand awareness, and supporting the firm's overall growth strategy through digital channels.

The role:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll:


Build and manage PPC campaigns: research keywords, analyse competitors, set budgets, and continuously test and optimise performance. Monitor and report on key metrics including keyword bids, impression share, quality score, and budget performance. Optimise landing pages to improve conversions and user experience. Creative copy testing and optimisation. Use web analytics dashboards and reporting tools to highlight key insights and opportunities. Stay up to date with PPC and digital marketing trends and integrate new strategies as needed. Improve SEO performance through meta descriptions, on-page optimisation, and keyword targeting. Drive website traffic and boost attendance for events through tailored digital campaigns. Use data insights to optimise campaign performance and maximise ROI. Utilise CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive engagement.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:


Proven experience in PPC management and digital campaign optimisation. Confident in creating and optimising content across digital channels. Strong reporting and analytical skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Proactive, focused, and detail oriented.

This role would suit someone who is technically skilled, commercially aware, and eager to make a real impact within a growing and forward-thinking law firm.
