We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, paid ads management, CRM management and market analysis. This role requires excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple projects.
SEO
Develop and deliver comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-site, off-site, and local SEO) tailored to each brand.
Conduct regular audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure websites are fully optimised for search and user experience.
Advise on content formats, topics, and on-page optimisation to improve organic visibility and user engagement.
Stay up to date with algorithm changes and industry trends, proactively communicating key insights to management.
Use tools such as Google Search Console and Google Keyword Planner to track performance and inform strategy
PPC & Paid Media
Plan, implement, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
Develop compelling ad copy and effective landing page experiences to increase conversions and lower cost-per-acquisition.
Build and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage previous site visitors.
Leverage audience targeting and segmentation to deliver more personalised, results-driven campaigns.
Align paid activity with seasonal promotions, events, and wider marketing campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maximise ROI and meet KPIs.
Continuously test and refine ad creatives and performance elements (e.g. A/B testing).
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor, analyse, and report on performance using GA4/other similar platforms and provide actionable recommendations for continual improvement.
Implement tracking tags and event tracking through GTM to ensure accurate campaign attribution.
Create clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
Translate data into insight, making strategic recommendations based on performance and user behaviour.
Support technical setup of conversion tracking, website goals, and campaign tagging (including UTM structures).
Experience: At least 2 years experience in an analytical or digital marketing field
Qualification: Equivalent to A-levels or Above
