We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our award-winning team and play a key role in powering Retail Week's commercial content engine. From engaging senior decision-makers with thought leadership content, to driving delegate acquisition for events, you'll be instrumental in generating high-value leads and delivering tangible ROI for our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to build your career at the heart of a commercially focused digital marketing function, working across a variety of campaigns and collaborating with internal teams to bring them to life.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation
Building and controlling marketing schedules to ensure deadlines are met
Creating and sending promotional emails, from data selection through to reporting on performance
Keeping websites and digital assets updated, visually engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
Managing and distributing data responsibly, in line with GDPR and internal protocols
Compiling timely and accurate campaign reports that demonstrate clear value and ROI for customers
Collaborating with editorial, sales, and project teams to bring campaigns to life
Championing digital best practices and guiding internal stakeholders

What you'll need:
A demonstrable passion for digital marketing, with a curious mindset and keen interest in learning new tools
A solid understanding of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends
Imaginative marketer with a proven talent for crafting fresh, engaging content that captivates and converts
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively and work to strict deadlines
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive with fantastic teamwork, collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience with online content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Marketo) desirable
Proficient IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
The ability to occasionally travel to our London office for meetings with the London-based Retail Week teams
