Overview





AspireCRM is seeking a highly motivated and creative

Digital Marketing Executive

to lead and implement our digital marketing strategy. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of AspireCRM's digital presence -- from social media and website management to marketing automation and campaign execution. Reporting directly into the leadership team, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the company's growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities




Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution




Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with AspireCRM's business goals. Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across web, social, email, and paid media platforms. Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and ROI optimisation.

Website Management




Manage AspireCRM's website to ensure content is engaging, SEO-optimised, and up to date. Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rates. Track analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.

Social Media Management




Oversee and grow AspireCRM's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Create and schedule engaging, brand-consistent content to drive engagement and audience growth. Analyse social performance on both AspireCRM and competitors and trends to refine strategies and improve reach.

Marketing Automation & CRM Integration




Manage AspireCRM's marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to build and nurture lead journeys, training will be provided if required. Segment and target audiences effectively through personalised communications. Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and retention goals.

Content Creation & Brand Awareness




Develop compelling digital content including blogs, emails, landing pages, and case studies. Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all digital channels. Identify new opportunities for AspireCRM to raise brand visibility within the CRM and technology sectors.

Reporting & Analytics




Produce regular reports and insights on marketing performance and audience behaviour. Use data to inform decisions and present clear recommendations to the leadership team.

Skills & Experience




Essential




Proven experience (3+ years) in a digital marketing or marketing communications role. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. Experience managing marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable




Experience in B2B or technology/CRM marketing. Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and paid social strategies. Basic knowledge of HTML, web design, or analytics tagging. Graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
