Location:

Kettering, NN16 8XF

Type:

Full-time, Permanent (Mon - Fri; 8.30am to 5pm)

Salary:

26,000 - 28,000 per annum (with clear opportunities for career development) + participation in company profit-sharing scheme

Annual Leave:

21 days per year plus public holidays (increasing with length of service).

The Role



You will help strengthen our brand and generate demand across digital and in-person channels. From social content and email journeys to SEO, CRO, and events, you will help plan and deliver campaigns that grow awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. You will collaborate with our Marketing Manager, sales team, studio technicians, and software developers, as well as our external clients, partners, networks and suppliers, to bring stories to life and showcase the impact of our work and services. In addition, your values should align closely with those of TownsWeb Archiving (TWA), demonstrating integrity, empathy and trust in all dealings.

What you will do



Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing plans with clear KPIs. Create engaging, on-brand content for social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and YouTube. Plan and deliver email marketing and lead nurture programmes, including list management and reporting. Create blogs, case studies, and other engaging content that strengthen our brand voice. Contribute to SEO through content planning, on-page optimisation, and performance monitoring. Segment and manage the CRM database to nurture leads through the funnel (Leads ? MQLs ? SQLs) for both UK and US sales teams. Coordinate branded events and conferences: identify opportunities, manage bookings and logistics, and ensure brand consistency across materials and merchandise. Track competitor activity and emerging trends to identify new growth opportunities. Champion our brand voice and ensure high standards across all touchpoints.

What you will bring - Essential



Experience in a marketing role, in-house or agency, with a track record of delivering measurable results. Hands-on experience across key channels: social media, email marketing, web content, and basic SEO. Experience using a CMS such as WordPress. Experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot. Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills with great attention to detail. Excellent organisation, able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders across content, technical and sales teams. Proficient in MS Office applications. A genuine interest in cultural heritage and digital technology, with values that align with integrity, empathy and trust. Ability to commute (living within 1 hour) of our Kettering office.

Desirable



Basic HTML and CSS. Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator skills. Demonstrated impact using SEO and CRO to improve marketing KPIs.
