As we continue our journey into the next decade, we're looking to expand our team with an all-round Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in content creation, particularly for social media and SEO.

As a well-established agency, we know exactly the kind of team member we're looking for: someone who is proactive, collaborative, and driven by results.

With a hybrid working model, a central Leeds office coming in late 2025, and a competitive salary and benefits package, this is an excellent opportunity for a capable marketer looking to make a real impact across a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media Campaign Management

Create engaging content across various formats including stories, reels, threads, and video. Schedule and monitor posts, responding to comments and client queries. Brief designers and give constructive feedback on visual assets. Monitor performance and prepare monthly reports for clients.

Email Marketing (MailChimp)

Write compelling email copy to drive engagement and conversions. Build and schedule campaigns using MailChimp. Brief designers on required visual content. Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.

Copywriting

Develop SEO-aligned content for web pages and blogs. Proofread and edit content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and tone of voice. Optimise existing blog content and internal linking to boost organic rankings. Conduct keyword research and collaborate with the wider team to generate fresh content ideas.

SEO

Use tools like SEMRush, GA4, and Search Console to improve website performance. Conduct keyword and competitor analysis. Deliver on-page and off-page SEO improvements, including site health, internal linking, and backlink strategies. Track rankings and deliver performance reports. Coordinate with Twilo's PPC specialist to align digital strategies. Manage technical SEO tasks and liaise with developers as needed.

What We're Looking For



A strong portfolio of digital marketing work. Proven track record of delivering results against KPIs. Confident communicator and team player. Agency experience preferred, but not essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
