SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), Local Search, and Google Ads

Who We're Looking For

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, results-focused environment with deadlines and goals Highly motivated to develop deep skills in

SEO, GEO, and Google Ads performance

A proactive, resourceful self-starter who enjoys owning projects end-to-end Strong written communication skills and keen to develop persuasive, search-friendly copy Confident with analytics and eager to learn performance tracking at a high level Logical, detail-oriented, and excited by continuous improvement Passion for health, wellness, and making a positive community impact Bonus (not required): basic knowledge of WordPress/website editors, GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, or tag managers
What You'll DoSEO & GEO (Primary Focus)

Support and learn to lead

on-page, technical, and local SEO

improvements across our clinic websites Research search intent and patient needs to create and optimize

service pages, location pages, and blog content

Build

content that performs in both traditional search (SEO) and AI-driven results (GEO)

Track rankings, visibility, and website health; learn to prioritize fixes that drive growth Help manage local listings and reputation signals to strengthen

Google Business Profile performance

Google Ads & Performance Marketing

Assist in running and optimizing

Google Ads campaigns

(Search, Performance Max, remarketing) Learn budget pacing and conversion optimization with

4-figure monthly ad spends

Write and test ad copy; improve Quality Score, CTR, CPL, and booking rate Monitor KPIs weekly and contribute insights to improve performance
Analytics, Reporting & Growth

Track analytics in

GA4, Search Console, and Ads Manager

, turning data into clear actions Build and maintain dashboards / reports that show what's working and what needs improving Run structured experiments (landing page tests, keyword expansions, ad creative tests)
Collaboration & Support

Work with the clinical team to translate patient wins and outcomes into search-friendly content Support marketing calendars and seasonal campaigns tied to clinic priorities Coordinate with external partners where needed (web dev, design, content support)
