The Role:



The postholder will take charge of driving digital success for Compliance Chain. You'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, with a significant focus on paid advertising, social media, email marketing and lead generation. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on brand visibility, growth, and customer engagement. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver successful campaigns that drive results.

Responsibilities:



Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive online traffic and engagement.

Manage and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn.

Manage Compliance Chain's social media platforms.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to plan social media campaigns that achieve specific goals involving brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation.

o Collaborate with key Compliance Chain partners to share relevant news to our audience, helping to enhance their projects' visibility.

Develop and execute email campaigns and automated workflows that drive leads and conversions.

Assist the Marketing Manager with SEO and content creation efforts, including website pages, blogs and press releases.

Monitor and analyse website and digital campaign performance using web analytics tools such as Google Console and Google Analytics. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and user engagement.

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for future optimisations.

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments, and provide recommendations for optimising our digital marketing efforts.

Support the marketing team on additional tasks where required.

What We're Looking For:



A passionate and results-oriented digital marketer with experience in paid advertising, social media, lead generation, email marketing and automated workflows.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong copywriting skills with experience in keyword optimisation.

Passionate in developing creative campaigns that generate results.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
