Salary: Starting from 25,000 - 32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Holiday Entitlement: 21 Days per Annum + Bank Holidays

Working Hours per week: 37.5

Start Date: As soon as possible

Experience: We are looking for someone with experience in SEO, CRO and Google advertising, ideally with experience using both WordPress and Shopify.

We are looking to recruit a new digital marketing superstar to support our ambitious growth plans. You will be provided with fully funded training to gain the knowledge needed to help excel in the role. This is a fantastic opportunity to fast track your career in marketing.

The Role:

We are looking for a versatile, driven individual to join our team, taking control of the marketing activities for the business. You will be joining the our friendly office team, working closely with sales. You will primarily focus on digital marketing (managing both a lead generation and an E-commerce websites) and also take on any other duties that fall under the marketing department. You will have support from our external website developers as well funded training to help your career progression.

You will be responsible for the following:

Content marketing & copywriting for the 2 websites (including case studies, blogs and new pages) and social media Optimise the website for on-page, off-page and technical SEO & CRO to help rank above our competitors on SERPS, as well as day to day upkeep using WordPress and plugins. Conduct keyword research and link building strategies using tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs to inform content strategy. Create compelling paid advertisements across a range of channels including social media and Google. Manging and optimising Google Ads for both company websites. Management of the companies social media accounts and activities, engaging with audiences, sharing content and analysing insights. Generating innovative content, including images, graphics and video across all social media platforms. Other online and offline marketing duties such as email marketing & graphic design. Working closely with managers and other departments to produce new ideas to bring in enquires and boost sales. Liaise with external web developers to maintain and develop the website and work on new projects to expand the site. Monitor all marketing efforts and report on the key metrics. Keep up to dates with all the latest trends and marketing technologies, creating marketing campaigns and strategies to drive company growth
You will need to be:

Enthusiastic, positive, and forward-thinking IT literate, ideally in Windows 10, WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics and AdWords and Office 365 applications
