Digital Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) - 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

Midland Health is a leading private GP and healthcare provider based in Birmingham, offering high-quality, patient-centred medical care. We are looking for a proactive, creative, and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join us on a 6-month FTC with the potential for the role to become permanent.

Your Role:
Online Advertising (PPC & Display)
Create, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to achieve specific targets (e.g. increase website traffic, generate leads, and improve conversions).
Continuously refine campaigns using A/B testing, keyword analysis, and budget optimisation to maximise ROI.
Content Marketing
Plan and produce engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website pages.
Collaborate with videographers and creative partners to develop high-quality visuals.
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow Midland Health's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and nurture community relationships.
Analyse engagement metrics to refine and improve content strategies.
Email Marketing
Design and distribute newsletters and promotional emails.
Segment audiences for targeted and personalised communication.
Track key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to inform future campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting
Use tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights to monitor campaign performance.
Produce regular reports on traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Design
Use Canva (or similar design tools) to create eye-catching digital assets for web, social media, and marketing materials.
Maintain brand consistency and visual clarity across all outputs.
Apply attention to detail to ensure every piece of content is on-brand and audience-focused.
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of experience in a digital marketing role (healthcare experience desirable but not essential).
Strong understanding of PPC, content, and social media marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM tools.
