About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

: Develop and execute forward-thinking strategies that align with company goals and market trends.

Campaign Management

: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, email), ensuring measurable impact and consistent messaging.

Digital Marketing

: Enhance our online presence through SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

Brand Management

: Champion the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and building strong recognition and loyalty.

Market Research

: Identify trends, analyse competitors, and discover new opportunities to sharpen our market positioning.

Collaboration

: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts support company-wide objectives.

Agency Coordination

: Manage external partners and freelancers to amplify results and expand our digital reach.

Event Management

: Plan and deliver engaging events, trade shows, and sponsorships that support brand and sales goals.

Budget Oversight

: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective investment and strong ROI.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience (Master's preferred) Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in a high-growth environment Expertise in digital platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media tools) A confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Strong project management skills, with a results-driven and creative mindset Data-savvy, with a keen ability to translate insights into action
