About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced team. You'll be hands-on managing multichannel digital campaigns. You'll be joining the company at a very exciting time, as we are leading our industry with the introduction of new technology and innovative solutions. Highlights of the role

Develop and execute captivating social media and email marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences to drive traffic to our website, generate leads and grow the brand. Own the functionality, performance, and evolution of the company websites (WordPress). Lead SEO/SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions. Produce and collaborate with our agency to create engaging and relevant content in line with our marketing strategy. Analyse, maintain and improve the user journey across digital touchpoints. Work closely with our marketing agency to optimise Google and Microsoft ad campaigns. Monitor performance metrics, analyse campaign data, and generate regular reports with actionable insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital marketing. Ensure compliance with digital marketing best practices and regulatory guidelines. Ad-hoc tasks include managing event logistics, merchandise sourcing, and brand activations.

Requirements:



3 - 4 years of experience in a digital marketing role. B2B experience is preferable but not essential. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Proactive and willing to take initiative in optimising marketing processes. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with in-house teams and external partners and suppliers. A creative thinker with design flair and a problem-solving attitude. Experience with WordPress, Canva, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads is desired.
