We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in paid media and account-based marketing (ABM) management. This role is all about driving targeted demand across key accounts, boosting ROI through smart, strategic campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. Success in this role means using data to make sharp decisions and delivering impact in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has minimum two years of experience in digital marketing and paid media management. They bring a strong understanding of inbound marketing, can manage multiple projects with ease, and thrive in a collaborative, results-driven team environment.

What you'll do:



Pan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms. Lead and execute ABM campaigns, working closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts, segment audiences, and personalise campaigns. Optimise campaigns through A/B testing, budget management, and ongoing performance analysis. Use tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar to segment and target key accounts. Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to develop high-performing ad assets and messaging tailored to each stage of the funnel. Track, report, and present campaign performance metrics with insights and recommendations for improvement. Support social media planning and execution across key platforms to maintain brand visibility and audience engagement. Contribute to SEO efforts through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and collaboration with content creators. Stay up to date on industry trends

What we're looking for:



2-3 years in digital marketing, either at an agency or in-house. 2-4 years running paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Proven experience running or contributing to ABM campaigns, especially in B2B environments. Great with people and clear communication Confident managing multiple client campaigns and tools. Can build and execute smart marketing strategies. Comfortable owning budgets, media buying, and analysing data. Experience of SEMrush, or similar SEO tools is preferred.
