Libre Solutions is looking for a dynamic Internal Marketing & Engagement Lead to join our growing multidisciplinary consultancy, where planning, structural engineering, and building regulations come together to shape better spaces and better futures.

This is not your average marketing role.

You'll be the voice and energy behind our internal and external storytelling, connecting teams, showcasing our values, celebrating our people, and amplifying our industry presence. From planning collaborative campaigns and corporate events to driving our green and social initiatives, you'll make a meaningful impact inside and out.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content: Own our internal and external social media presence, create, curate and schedule engaging content across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).

Website Management and content maintenance: keep up to date with the hosting / SSL certificate management of our website alongside it's general management and content updates.

Internal Comms: Craft inspiring messages, newsletters, and campaigns that bring our brand and mission to life within the company.

Events & Collaborations: Lead the planning of industry collaborations and corporate events, from panel talks to green days.

CSR & Sustainability: Drive and oversee our corporate social responsibility initiatives and support our journey toward greener, more sustainable practices.

Brand Ambassador: Be the champion of our culture, values and voice--ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

What You Bring

Strong experience in digital marketing, communications, or a similar role

Excellent writing and communication skills--tone-savvy and audience-aware

A solid grasp of the latest social media trends and tools

Project management chops, especially in events and cross-team initiatives

Passion for sustainability, social impact, and making a difference

Bonus: experience in a consultancy or built environment sector

Pay: 27,109.00-30,000.00 per year
