Role Purpose

Were seeking an ambitious

Paid Social Executive

to join our growing marketing team. Were hyper-targeted and data-driven, so youll need a passion for planning, testing, optimisation, and trying new things.


Youll own our paid Meta account, running campaigns across our network, while exploring new paid opportunities across emerging platforms. Everything you do will be aligned with our target demographic and network reach.


Were building a collaborative marketing team that learns and grows together and wed love you to be part of it.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Evaluate and expand activity into new digital channels such as TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-led experimentation across formats, audiences, creatives and landing pages Create digital assets using templates, tools or agency support Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights Produce clear, commercially focused reports for the wider team Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends

What Were Looking For:

12 years experience in a paid media role (in-house or agency) Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Experience with TikTok, Pinterest or LinkedIn Ads is a bonus Performance-minded and genuinely curious about digital marketing Analytical, data-driven and commercially aware Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights confidently Keen to learn and develop as part of a growing team Motivated by the challenge of scaling a challenger brand and outperforming major competitors
