Role Overview
We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Executive
to take responsibility for managing our digital marketing function. You will plan and deliver paid social campaigns, create compelling content, and manage email and website activity. This is a results-focused role where your work will directly support lead generation and reinforce Notaro's reputation as an established and trusted local company.
You will also work closely with our SEO & Google Ads agency to ensure consistency, quality, and measurement across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social:
Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with a structured funnel approach: cold reach ? warm audiences ? retargeting ? nurture & repeat customer engagement.
Set up, maintain and analyse tracking: pixels, events, custom & lookalike audiences.
Run A/B tests (creative, copy, audience, placement) and use data to reduce cost per lead and improve ROI.
Organic Social & Content Creation:
Produce engaging content (graphics, video, case studies, customer stories) that reflects Notaro's craftsmanship and values.
Manage ongoing posting, community engagement.
Website & Landing Pages:
Build and optimise landing pages / updating product pages; ensure product information is accurate, up to date, visually appealing, conversion optimized.
Show proficient skills working with our WordPress site to support campaigns.
Email & Text Message Marketing:
Design, run and segment email and SMS campaigns to nurture leads, cross-sell, follow up on quotes and drive business from our customer database.
Use data to measure open/click rates, conversion from email/text to lead or sale; iterate.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Set KPIs, monitor performance, prepare reports showing what's working, what's not.
Work with agency partners to ensure alignment (SEO, Google Ads).
Collaboration & Brand Voice:
Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
Maintain Notaro's brand identity: honest, local, high quality, no gimmicks.
Essential Criteria
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications or similar, OR equivalent hands-on experience.
1-3 years' experience
running paid social campaigns (agency, freelance or in-house) including audience building, pixel/event setup, testing, optimisation.
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with tracking, reporting, splitting data, making decisions from metrics.
Proficiency with social ad platforms (Meta / Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok).
Good content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic/video experience).
Experience building landing pages or working with Wordpress.
Knowledge of email/sms marketing platforms + segmenting / nurturing.
Very organised, proactive, able to handle multiple projects.
Desirable Criteria
Some experience or familiarity with SEO / PPC (even if managed by agency) so you can collaborate well.
Previous work in a home improvement / windows / building / construction / manufacturing sector.
Basic photography/videography skills (showcase factory, installation, product).
Ability to interpret customer + market trend data to guide content or campaign strategy.
