As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive at Variety Funerals, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our digital advertising strategy, primarily across
Facebook Ads and Google Ads

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all paid media activities
for Variety Funerals, with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (including Instagram).
Develop and execute comprehensive monthly PPC planning
, budgeting, and forecasting to align with Variety Funerals' marketing objectives.
Manage the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns
, from strategic development and audience targeting to daily execution, monitoring, and continuous optimisation.
Provide regular performance insights
and actionable data analysis, translating complex digital metrics into clear, understandable reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Google Partner Account Managers
and internal teams to ensure best practices and innovative strategies are implemented.
Write compelling, sensitive, and compliant ad copy
that resonates with our audience, maximising click-through rates (CTR) and conversions while adhering to advertising guidelines for sensitive industries.
Set up and maintain tracking mechanisms

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on experience in a paid media role
, with a proven track record of managing successful Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
