You'll work closely with our management team and in-house developers to deliver campaigns, monitor performance, and help grow our brand presence, drive lead generation, and boost engagement across

audiences

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns Create and manage content for website, blog, email, and social media Support SEO and paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, PPC, SEM) Run email marketing campaigns using our platform and EDM platforms Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools Research new marketing trends and opportunities Help manage the marketing budget and track return on investment Report results and insights to the COO and CEO

What We're Looking For

2-5 years' experience in digital marketing Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO software Confident writing content and managing campaigns across multiple platforms Knowledge of Webflow or similar CMS platforms is a bonus Strong organisational and communication skills Experience with both B2B, B2G and B2C marketing is beneficial A creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with UK Postbox's services or experience in virtual address, online mail management, or online postal/logistics services is a strong advantage.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred) CIM qualification is a plus Excellent English language and writing skills Solid grasp of digital marketing best practices
