Activate Learning are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive - PPC specialist to join our growing Marketing team.

As a Digital Marketing Executive - PPC specialist, you will manage all paid advertising accounts across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and Twitter. You will be writing copy, creating content, preparing forecasts, as well as monitoring and optimising the performance of high quality and engaging campaigns.

Our Marketing department is a broad collaborative team comprising of Digital Marketing, PR and Communications, Events and School Partnerships, and Design teams. Prospects to be involved in campaigns are never in short supply, so in addition to an incredibly varied role, you are continuously developing your skillset and knowledge base.

Permanent, part-time role, working 30 hours per week (0.81FTE)

Salary: \xc2\xa331,276 - \xc2\xa336,625 per annum pro rata (\xc2\xa325,358 - \xc2\xa329,695 actual), depending on skills and experience

Location: Flexibility to be based at any of our campuses in Reading, Bracknell, Guildford, Merrist Wood or Oxford, with opportunities of working from home and may require occasional travel to other sites.

What do you need to be a successful Digital Marketing Executive - PPC at Activate Learning?

We are looking for a commercially driven, self-motivated and creative individual with strong copywriting skills proactive and organised individuals, with experience across PPC/paid media and email marketing. You will be a confident communicator with great interpersonal skills to play a key part in both your team and the organisation.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth hands-on experience of digital marketing with a focus on PPC advertising.

You will be responsible for helping to shape and implement the paid media strategy for Activate Learning\'s colleges, adult education provision, apprenticeships, B2B, and commercial areas.

About you:

  • You must have a minimum 2 years\' experience in PPC management
  • Experience in managing multiple, paid campaigns
  • Create, monitor, and optimise PPC campaigns
  • Experience working with programmatic display, paid social, and paid search platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok, Twitter, Google Ads, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of bid adjustment, dynamic search ads, A/B testing, always on campaigns, keyword intent, remarketing and optimization
  • An understanding of digital marketing tactics across other channels including SEO, email, owned and earned media and the role of paid media in the wider marketing mix
