Overview



The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in accelerating our digital presence across key business audiences, helping to deliver effective multi-channel marketing activity and high-quality lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the technology sector, or a strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation and complex decision-making cycles.

The successful candidate will manage paid media campaigns, support SEO strategy, publish content through the CMS, improve on-page/off-page visibility and contribute to lead-generation initiatives across the full digital ecosystem. They will also support email marketing activity and marketing automation, ideally with exposure to platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce (helpful but not essential).

Key Responsibilities



Manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid search and paid social, ensuring effective targeting, optimisation, A/B testing and reporting. Support SEO strategy, including technical improvements, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimisation, AEO activity and performance monitoring. Publish, maintain and optimise website content through the CMS, collaborating with developers to resolve issues and improve site performance, UX and CRO. Create and support content production, including social media posts, landing pages, blog content and light-design assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. Manage and schedule social media activity, driving engagement, supporting campaigns and monitoring audience interactions. Support email marketing and automation, building campaigns, managing workflows, ensuring accurate tracking and assisting with segmentation and lead-nurture journeys. Report on digital performance, maintaining dashboards, ensuring accurate analytics and providing insights to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate across teams and coordinate with external partners, contributing to integrated campaigns, project workflows and timely delivery of marketing activity.

Skills & Experience Required



Essential

Hands-on PPC experience, including Google and Microsoft campaign management. Strong understanding of SEO (technical, content, local/GEO, AEO, link-building). Analytical skills and familiarity with GA4 & performance reporting. Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Desirable

Experience with Pardot/Salesforce email campaigns or automation flows. Experience creating or supporting visual content production. Experience producing short-form or basic video content. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor content updates.
