The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who's ready to grow. You'll support execution across content, SEO, and email, and learn how to build scalable marketing systems in a fast-moving team. You will need to be proficient with social media and canva. You will also need to be happy writing content that is engaging and does not register to search engines as AI. You'll report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and help create the engine that drives brand and performance.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn, contribute, and be part of building something new.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Execution
Assist in publishing and scheduling content across blog, social media, email, and website.
Draft and edit copy for posts, newsletters, and landing pages with attention to tone and engagement.
Support the implementation of content calendars and promotional timelines.
Proficient with Canva for creative assets (video and images)
Helping manage video content creation and UGC creators.
SEO & Website Management
Conduct keyword research
Know how to make SEO optimised content
Update meta tags, headers, alt text, and internal linking structures.
Support content uploads and layout edits within CMS platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, and social tools.
Track key metrics such as impressions, CTR, conversions, and email engagement.
Assist in drawing insights and presenting findings to the marketing team.
Paid Media Support
Coordinate creative assets and campaign setup for paid search and remarketing.
Email & CRM Marketing
Help prepare A/B tests for email subject lines, CTAs, and landing pages.
Assist with customer segmentation, tagging, and nurture workflows in the CRM.
Monitor unsubscribes, open rates, and click-throughs to improve campaign quality.
Market Research & Collaboration
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and sector conversations to feed content planning.
Collaborate with design and sales teams on assets, messaging, and cross-functional campaigns.
Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorms and campaign reviews.
You'll Excel in This Role If You:
Have 1-2 years in a digital marketing or content creation role.
Understand the basics of SEO, email marketing, and campaign tracking.
Write clearly, think analytically, and ask good questions.
Are proactive, collaborative, and enjoy figuring things out.
