DMS Navigator is a Sheffield-based software company that provides enterprise management systems for car, van, caravan, and motorhome dealerships across the UK. Our technology helps dealers run more efficiently -- from sales and stock control to service, accounts, and customer retention.
As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a University of Sheffield or Sheffield Hallam graduate who's eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within a modern tech business.
We are willing to discuss hours and adjust to part-time for those in third year at uni, looking to increase to full-time after graduation.
The Role
You'll take a lead role in managing and growing our online presence. This includes running social media channels, creating marketing content, supporting our podcast Dealer Tech Talk, and managing our digital campaigns to attract and engage dealerships across the UK.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Social Media Management - Creating, scheduling, and growing engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Email Marketing - Managing email campaigns and automation sequences using Brevo (Sendinblue).
Marketing Funnel & Lead Generation - Building landing pages, lead magnets, and follow-up sequences.
Content Creation - Designing graphics, writing copy, and creating short-form videos for marketing use.
Podcast & Video Production - Helping film, edit, and promote episodes of Dealer Tech Talk and other marketing videos.
Analytics & Reporting - Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
About You
We're looking for someone enthusiastic, organised, and creative -- a person who enjoys experimenting with ideas and seeing them come to life online.
Essential Skills & Qualities:
Confident communicator with good written English.
Familiar with key social media platforms and how businesses use them.
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
Some experience with video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
A willingness to learn new tools, such as email automation and CRM platforms.
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
Desirable (but not essential):
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.).
Understanding of paid advertising (Google or social).
Basic understanding of SEO or web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
