Social Media Executive

What You'll Be Doing
Creative Strategy:
Own and manage the social media content calendar and creative briefing process. You'll collaborate across the business to create and deliver engaging, on-brand stories that connect with our audience.
Content Creation & Management:
Plan, create, and publish content across all key social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), including copywriting, basic design, and scheduling.
Campaign Innovation:
Test and refine new content formats and social strategies to improve engagement and brand reach. Stay ahead of trends and inject fresh, relevant ideas into our channels.
Community Engagement:
Manage audience interaction across platforms - responding to messages, engaging with followers, and fostering meaningful community conversations.
Influencer & Brand Partnerships:
Support influencer collaborations and help identify micro and macro influencers aligned with our brand. Assist in managing gifting or campaign partnerships.
Analyse and Report:
Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions). Use data to refine your approach and inform campaign decisions.
Who We're Looking For
Experience:
At least 2 years of social media experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or a consumer-focused brand.
Platform Knowledge:
Comfortable managing multiple platforms - especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Creative Skills:
Strong copywriting and visual skills (basic Canva or Adobe Suite use a plus). Confident generating ideas and working with creative teams.
Trend Awareness:
Finger on the pulse of digital culture, emerging platforms, and social trends.
Analytical Thinking:
Understanding of social analytics and how to use them to optimise performance.
Organisation:
Able to manage multiple priorities, campaigns, and channels at once with great attention to detail.
Passion:
Above all, you need to love fashion, storytelling, and digital media. Your energy and creativity will drive your success.

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year
