Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, creative, and data-savvy

Digital Marketing Executive

to join our fast-paced in-house Marketing team. You'll be a key player in planning and delivering multi-channel digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and sales across our exciting portfolio of leisure experiences.

Whether it's optimising Google Ads, or crafting compelling email journeys, you'll play a hands on role in bringing campaigns to life and driving results.

Job Type: Permanent

Full-time 40hrs a week

What You'll Be Doing



Paid Media & Advertising



Plan, implement, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (including Performance Max), Meta, TikTok and YouTube. Manage budgets, set KPIs and track performance to ensure strong ROI. Conduct A/B testing and support continuous campaign optimisation.

Email Marketing



Build and manage targeted email campaigns, segment lists, and monitor key metrics. Oversee automated email journeys and support the roll-out of new email initiatives. Experience with HubSpot is a bonus, but not essential.

Social Media & Content



Assist in the creation and execution of engaging social media content. Support the development of digital campaign assets, from video briefs to ad copy. Strong copywriting skills are essential, with experience in Canva and Adobe Suite being advantageous.

Website & SEO



Keep website content fresh and up-to-date. Optimise landing pages with SEO best practices to support paid and organic growth.

Analytics & Reporting



Use tools like Google Analytics and platform insights to report on digital performance. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaboration



Work closely with our wider marketing team, design team, and stakeholders across the business to align digital activity with commercial goals.

What We're Looking For



1-3 years' experience in a digital marketing or marketing executive role. Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, and WordPress. Strong copywriting skills with an eye for creative content. Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A keen interest in paid advertising and digital innovation. Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or relevant experience.
