Digital Marketing Executive



We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who has previous marketing experience and is passionate about graphic design and content creation, with the drive to continue developing their skillset. Ultimately becoming a content creation specialist for the team.

You will be an integral member of our team, with responsibility for maintaining and updating our website, promoting our services online, and engaging with drivers and businesses through various social platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Graphic design and content creation management



Possess graphic design skills to assist in the creation of visual content. Create service specific PDFs, flyers and brand literature. Write and edit content for editorials, blogs, webpage content and social media posts. Develop content strategies for use across the different businesses we operate. Actively participate in creative meetings, contributing new campaign and design ideas. Comprehend the different aspects of the business and how they work independently from one another.

Social media management



Publish, monitor, respond to, and report on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube). Handle social media content publishing and reporting. Advocate for the brand across all social media channels.

Photography and videography



Create dynamic and engaging video content. Confident in all stages of videography, including pre-production, filming and post-production. Confident using YouTube and understanding its features and benefits.

Qualifications and desirable attributes



Technical skills and qualifications



Experience using Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. Familiarity with WordPress and social media management tools. Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic). Experience with website and social media analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Campaign Manager). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines utilising project management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable attributes



Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights is fundamental. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency with social media platforms. Hands on approach. Flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills. Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities. Well-organised and conscientious. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is a full-time role in person, Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-28,500.00 per year
