About Us

We're a small digital marketing agency based in Tewkesbury, offering tailored Digital Marketing services to a variety of clients. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join us and take on an active role in delivering and managing client campaigns.

This is a hands-on, varied role -- ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience who's looking to step up, grow their skillset, and eventually progress into a more senior position.

We may not be Google with bean bags, football tables, or an in-house sushi bar, but we are a small, close-knit agency with a relaxed, fun atmosphere -- and we'd love to hear from you if you're keen to join a friendly team.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) Carry out keyword research, write ad copy and monitor performance Implement on-page SEO updates and support link-building initiatives Create and schedule engaging organic and paid social content Prepare performance reports and offer insights Collaborate with the team and occasionally liaise with clients

What We're Looking For

2-3 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role Confident with Google Ads and familiar with SEO best practices Basic understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc. Positive attitude, self-motivated and keen to learn

Nice to Have

Google Ads certifications Familiarity with WordPress or basic web editing Experience working in an agency environment
