We're looking for a confident Digital Marketing Executive with an excellent telephone manner, an eye for detail and creative flair to make sure our clients are given excellent product choices to suit their needs and of course the enthusiasm to make this role a success.

As an integral part of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the accuracy, visibility, and integration of our digital product listings across our website combined with the back end quoting system.

This includes maintaining product content, optimising for SEO, managing supplier API integrations, and supporting the delivery of our new website. The role also covers aspects of data management and collaboration with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update website product listings including descriptions, imagery, and pricing via the CP Manage product imports, pricing updates, and sustainable product grading using Excel and supplier data feeds. Adding new products and coordinating Elements Grading Communicating new products and preferred supplier to the sales team Optimise product listings for SEO with keyword-rich descriptions and metadata while maintaining factual accuracy. Work with Photoshop or other tools to size and prepare images for upload. Implement and manage API integrations with key suppliers to automate product data imports including testing product listings, filter functions, and supplier data feeds pre-launch. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure accuracy across all product listings. Remove discontinued products and ensure product data is clean and current. Monitor website product data accuracy with regular audits and reporting. Manage product reviews incorporating keyword-rich SEO responses. Support testing, migration, and QA for the new website build and product data setup. Coordinate with CRM and sales teams to ensure data integrity across client-facing platforms. Stay abreast of algorithm changes and best practices. Work closely with our suppliers to implement and manage APIs that automate product data feeds. Ensure product information is synchronised, accurate, and updated in real-time or at required intervals. Contribute to the technical and content migration for the new website project. Collaborate with the marketing team on supplier updates, campaigns, and SEO-driven content enhancements.

Working hours: 8.30a.m. to 5.30p.m. Monday to Friday - with the option of working from home on a Friday
