Sales and Digital Marketing Executive - STRICTLY NO AGENCIES

Location: Staffordshire Technology Park, Stafford

Title: Sales and Digital Marketing Executive.

Permanent, Full-time position

Annual Salary range: 25,000 - 40,000 (DOE)

An experienced sales and marketing executive is required to work alongside the sales and marketing manager of a high technology company working in the aftermarket vehicle security sector.

Key Responsibilities:

General Sales and Marketing activity which will include daily interaction with customers.

Assist in the development and implement of eCommerce strategies

Digital marketing and optimising digital channels and include all social media.

Responsible for the creation of marketing material content

Assist with website development and updates, ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, and optimal user experience.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues alongside our technical team and in partnership with third-party vendors.

Implement and optimize SEO strategies.

Use Google Analytics to monitor, optimise and report business performance.

What we're looking for:

Verbal and written communication skills

Customer relationship management and interpersonal skills

Detail orientation and deadline management

Graphic design basics (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Marketing strategy development

Market research and trend analysis

Campaign planning and execution

Brand development

Social media management (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Content creation (visual design basics)

Email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot)

Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Google Analytics & Google Search Console

Data interpretation and performance reporting

A valid UK driving licence (required).
