Feedmark are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our dedicated and hard-working team based near Harleston.

Role overview

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for delivering and managing the entire marketing for Feedmark from social media, events, website and SEO, this is a hands-on, strategic, and creative role that touches every area of the customer journey and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain consistent brand standards Manage and update the company website, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented. Plan and execute paid and organic SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads). Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools, reporting regularly on KPIs. Manage and optimise campaign ROI. Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts that align with product promotions and seasonal activity. Lead paid social campaigns including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Create marketing plans that drive sales and strengthen brand identity.

The ideal candidate

Experience in a marketing role Strong knowledge of social media management and reporting (organic and paid). Good understanding of email marketing Experience in SEO and running Google Ads/SEM campaigns. Strong organisational and project management skills.
Desirable:

Degree in Marketing or related discipline. Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience working within the equine sector / strong equine knowledge.

Pay: 38,000.00-40,000.00 per year
