Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and handle branding for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing strategies, project management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and help drive sales.

Responsibilities



Social Media & Promotions:

Manage end-to-end social media strategy for Instagram and Facebook, including content creation and monthly content visits to various franchisee locations. Oversee advertisement spending for each store to ensure local demographic engagement. Manage influencer relationships, including outreach, shortlisting, and liaising with influencers for new and existing stores.

Franchisee & External Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing and communications inquiries from franchisees and head office. Facilitate requests for tailored graphics and marketing materials. Act as the main marketing contact for external parties, including website developers, IT companies, media partners, and universities.

Content & Asset Management:

Create original content, including graphics and videos, for social media and other marketing channels. Maintain and update our website, menu, and in-store screens with the latest information and promotional campaigns. Organize and manage menu photoshoots for new items, ensuring high-quality assets are distributed to all stores. Work closely with the graphics team to ensure all assets (vinyls, leaflets, social posters) are produced on time for launches and promotions.

New Store Launches & Events:

Manage the end-to-end process for new store launches and re-launch events, including dedicated social media coverage and budget management. Lead the in-house event structure, coordinating all elements from travel to influencer engagement.

Miscellaneous:

Monitor and update delivery platform assets for all stores. Develop new marketing ideas and tools, such as data capture and implementation strategies. Handle various payments and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Oversee project management for various marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating engaging visual content for digital platforms.

Qualifications



Proven experience in digital marketing management Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools. Proficiency in project management methodologies with excellent time management skills. knowledge of social media algorithms is neccesary Experience with Adobe Photoshop, canva or other graphic design software's Exceptional analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong copywriting abilities with a keen eye for detail in written communication. Proficient in social media management strategies across various platforms. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
