About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing efforts and help shape our online presence.
This is a hands-on role where youll develop strategies, manage campaigns, mentor a small marketing team, and optimise performance across all digital channels to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
• Manage, mentor, and support a small marketing team, providing leadership and performance feedback
• Plan, create, and optimise content for social media channels, ensuring strong brand consistency and audience engagement
• Lead and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated sequences
• Segment audiences and personalise messaging for maximum impact
• Monitor digital marketing performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and report insights and recommendations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and innovation
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with wider business goals and brand positioning
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI across channels
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

What Youll Bring:

• 5+ years experience in social media marketing (essential)
• 2+ years experience managing email marketing campaigns (essential)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a team
• Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
• Excellent content writing and messaging skills, with a strong eye for brand consistency
• Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance and optimising campaigns
• Good understanding of SEO, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude
