What you'll be doing



As the Digital Marketing Manager at CTI Digital, you'll drive our customer acquisition strategy, owning the lead generation and qualification initiatives that convert prospects into sales-ready opportunities for our full-service digital agency. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you'll implement data-driven campaigns that identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through to sales-ready conversations.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that deliver high-quality leads to our sales pipeline Design, implement and optimise email nurture journeys and automated workflows that qualify and progress prospects Lead our LinkedIn outreach strategy, from thought leadership content to targeted prospecting campaigns Own campaign reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights on funnel metrics and conversion optimisation opportunities Partner with content team to strategically distribute and amplify content across channels, focusing on conversion optimisation rather than reach metrics Collaborate with performance marketing team on paid media optimisation for lead quality and cost-effectiveness Coordinate and drive attendance to events and webinars Facilitate seamless lead handover processes, providing sales with the intelligence needed to convert marketing-qualified leads Develop account-based marketing approaches for high-value target accounts and sectors Test and implement emerging marketing technologies, particularly AI-driven personalisation tools Lead quarterly campaign retrospectives and optimisation planning

Your experience



B2B demand generation experience, ideally within an agency or professional services environment Proven track record of hitting lead generation targets and contributing to revenue growth Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot experience strongly preferred) Data-driven mindset with experience in optimising campaigns based on performance metrics Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and lead nurturing best practices Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound prospecting tools and email marketing platforms Comfortable working with marketing technology and automation tools; keen interest in emerging AI applications for marketing Self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Commercial acumen with a focus on ROI and business impact Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
