Digital Marketing Manager
to take our online presence to the next level.
You'll work closely with our Ecommerce Director and report directly into the board--this is a hands-on, sleeves-up, make-it-happen kind of role. Strategy and execution are equally important. If you live and breathe ecommerce and have a natural feel for fashion, this one's for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Orchestrate, Don't Just Operate:
Lead all digital marketing activity across paid, organic, and owned channels--bringing campaigns to life across the customer journey.
Platform Mastery:
Work within
Shopify
(or experience of ecommerce platforms considered) to manage seasonal site changes, promotions, product updates, and UX enhancements.
Social (with Purpose):
Oversee social media output across all channels - working with content creators, our in-house designer/photographer, and ad managers to ensure every post is brand-aligned and goal-driven.
Email Excellence:
Plan and execute email campaigns that drive loyalty, clicks, and conversions--segmentation, A/B testing, and creative flair all welcome.
Affiliate Programme Leadership:
Manage and optimise our affiliate channel (Affiliate Window), ensuring the right partners are aligned with the Stuarts brand.
Content & SEO Strategy:
Build and own the
organic strategy
, including blog content, landing pages, seasonal trend edits, and SEO best practices to keep us ranking high and shining bright.
Agency & External Management:
Liaise with third-party providers (ad agencies, dev agencies, Social platforms), ensuring they deliver to brief and to brand.
Campaign Creation:
Map and deliver full-funnel seasonal and promotional campaigns - from ideation to execution.
Reporting & Results:
Track, measure, and improve KPIs across all platforms using tools like GA4, Shopify analytics, Klaviyo, and more.
Pricing Strategy Support:
Work closely with internal buying teams to implement smart pricing strategies that reflect market trends and maximise margin.
Innovation First:
Bring fresh thinking to the table, especially around the use of
AI
to drive efficiency, personalisation, and smarter decision-making.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in a digital marketing role - ideally in
fashion but ecommerce is a must
Deep familiarity with
Shopify
or other ecommerce platforms
Confident leading multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning to launch
Comfortable managing both internal teams and external agencies
Data-driven, creative, and commercially minded--you get what drives sales
Strong knowledge of
email marketing, social media, SEO, and affiliate
marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A can-do attitude with leadership energy - you make things happen
Bonus points for experience with Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, and Affiliate Window
