About Us:

We are a growing business looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to take our customers online presence to the next level. You'll be in charge of crafting content, managing paid social campaigns, building engagement, and putting leads through to sales teams. We are currently working with customers from Health, Property Management and product sales companies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, Reels, stories, etc.). Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram (and others if needed). Track performance using analytics tools and report results weekly. Optimise lead funnels and drive email list growth. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage community. Stay up-to-date on trends and suggest new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

3+ years of social media management experience (preferably for brands or businesses). A proven track record in lead generation and social media ads. Strong skills in content creation (writing, design, video). Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Later, Photoshop and analytics platforms. A creative thinker with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with service-based business marketing. Proficiency with google ads and facebook ads is a must. Familiarity with CRM or email marketing tools.

Pay: 29,000.00-38,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
