We are looking for a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager with a strong technical foundation and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to drive marketing innovation. This role takes the lead on managing our global web platform and delivering a range of digital projects that improve performance across the website to elevate the user experience. The role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through the website. It also blends technical platform management, UX enhancements, and operational excellence with coordinating broader digital initiatives and enabling MarTech integration.

Digital strategy and innovation



Develop and lead a future-ready digital marketing strategy and roadmap for our global website that leverages AI, automation, and potentially personalisation. Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.

AI and data-driven marketing



Explore and make recommendations on how we can apply machine learning models for audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and content optimisation. Work with the content team to use AI tools for dynamic content creation and developing personalised and data-driven customer journeys.

Technical leadership



Evaluate and integrate new tools through a range of pilots (e.g., generative AI, MarTech platforms etc.) to improve efficiency and scalability, particularly as we expand our website presence into priority markets. Apply A/B testing and real-time analytics to optimise performance. Lead the integration of new MarTech and workflows.

Team and collaboration



Manage digital and design agencies and collaborate with in-house IT and digital transformation teams. Collaborate with in-house design, content, and brand teams Adopt our culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and creative excellence.

Digital infrastructure and innovation



Oversee website and digital platform performance, managing sprint and testing cycles. Integrate AI for UX personalisation and conversion rate optimisation. Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and tools, evaluating their potential for marketing innovation. Implement SEO/GEO strategy and deliver a programme of performance reporting improvements. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

Essential



Extensive experience of digital marketing, with proven experience in AI-driven tools and strategies, ideally in a B2B environment. Strong technical knowledge of CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred), UX principles, and SEO/GEO best practices. Strong understanding of marketing automation, machine learning applications, and data-driven decision-making. Experience with platforms like Asana, Salesforce, and AI content generation and review tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation. Proven project management skills, including managing suppliers and multiple workstreams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable



Experience in B2B websites, tech, or AI-related industries. Certifications in AI marketing platforms and data analytics. Familiarity with ethical considerations and compliance in AI marketing.
