Job Description

Job Title:

Digital Marketing Manager

Company:

Floww Digital

Location:

Glasgow (Office-based with flexibility)

Salary:

28,000 - 35,000 per annum

About Us

At Floww Digital, we're on a mission to demystify B2B growth. We are a boutique agency that partners with businesses to unlock the full potential of their marketing technology, primarily HubSpot, and to build powerful lead-generation engines that deliver real, measurable results.

Unlike larger agencies, we succeed by embedding ourselves as a true partner. We take the time to deeply understand our clients' businesses, challenges, and goals. Our culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and built on a shared commitment to client success. We don't just complete tasks; we deliver impact. If you're tired of being a small cog in a big machine and want to see your work translate directly into client growth, you'll find a home here.

About the Role

Due to exciting and continued client growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to become the engine room of our client campaigns. This isn't a role where you'll be siloed into one discipline. You will take full ownership of multi-channel strategies, from initial planning and setup to hands-on implementation and performance analysis.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have a high-impact, high-visibility role within our small, dynamic team. Your primary objective will be to use your expertise across PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and HubSpot to deliver exceptional results that help our clients thrive.

About You

You are a results-obsessed, hands-on digital marketer with a passion for technology and a proven track record of making things happen. While you are a confident communicator, your true strength lies in your technical execution and your ability to turn strategy into tangible outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 4 years of experience working within a fast-paced digital agency environment. Proven, hands-on experience managing Performance Marketing campaigns, specifically Google Ads (Lead Gen & E-commerce) and Paid Social, from strategy to implementation. Strong SEO expertise, including strategy development, technical SEO, and content optimisation. Deep, practical knowledge of HubSpot. You are comfortable with everything from customising modules and building workflows to training clients and providing support. Experience taking sole responsibility for achieving and reporting on client results. The ability to work autonomously, think critically, and proactively find solutions. A natural curiosity and a drive to be a pro-active learner, constantly staying ahead of industry trends.

A Day in the Life

No two days are exactly the same, but a typical week will see you switching between a variety of critical tasks. You can expect to be:

Developing and launching a multi-platform Google Ads campaign for a new client. Conducting an in-depth SEO audit to identify growth opportunities. Building and testing a new set of landing pages in a drag-and-drop builder to support a paid social campaign. Customising a HubSpot workflow to improve a client's lead nurturing process. Digging into analytics, building insightful performance reports, and preparing for a client review call. Writing compelling copy for a cold email sequence or landing page. Providing friendly and effective HubSpot support to clients via phone and email.

Promise of Reward

We believe in rewarding our team for their commitment and impact. In return for your expertise and hard work, you will receive:

A competitive salary of

28,000?35,000

, dependent on experience. A standard UK holiday allowance,

plus your birthday off

because you deserve it. A great work environment in our Glasgow office, with the

flexibility to work from home on occasion

. The chance to work in a small, collaborative team where your voice will be heard and your contributions will be instrumental to our success. A genuine opportunity to

grow into a leadership role

and manage a team as the business continues to expand.

How to Apply

If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, we'd love to see what you can do. Please submit your CV and, optionally, a short video (1-2 minutes) showcasing your experience and telling us why you are the right person for this role.
