Your role
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute our digital marketing strategy globally across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive app downloads, user engagement, and retention. You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to craft compelling campaigns, analyse performance, and optimise user acquisition and lifecycle strategies.
What you'll be doing
User Acquisition & App Growth:
Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (e.g., Google UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok, ASO, influencer partnerships) to drive new app installs and increase user acquisition KPIs.
CRM & Retention:
Support the setup and implementation of personalized customer lifecycle marketing (email, push, in-app messaging) to increase retention and user engagement.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Create and manage paid media strategies across social, search, display, and programmatic platforms tailored to mobile audiences.
Analytics & Optimization:
Track and analyze KPIs (CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV), using data to continuously optimize campaigns for performance and cost-efficiency.
App Store Optimization (ASO):
Collaborate with design and content teams to improve app store listings, A/B test creatives, and enhance conversion rates.
Brand & Content Strategy:
Support content marketing and social media strategy to grow brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Partner with cross-functional teams including product, design, and development to align marketing efforts with app features and launches.
Demonstrated Experience and QualificationsEssential3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on mobile app marketing or consumer tech.
Proven track record managing paid digital campaigns and app growth strategies.
Hands-on experience with mobile ad platforms (Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer, Mixpanel, etc.
Familiarity with ASO tools (e.g., Sensor Tower, App Annie) and mobile marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Braze, Urban Airship, etc.).
Experience with A/B testing and performance-driven creative.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
DesirableExperience scaling a B2C mobile app or startup.
SEO/SEM and content marketing experience.
Familiarity with growth hacking or viral acquisition tactics.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or creative design tools.
