Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Director to join our Hinckley based Marketing department. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

This role will see you supporting our Directors and Business Development Managers with a structured and pro-active digital marketing service. Being the digital expert for the group, you will develop and manage the digital strategy for the business as well as bring great digital innovation.

What will you be doing?



Developing and executing brand specific digital Marketing strategies that complement the national activity and drive local performance. Management of PPC and SEO activity schedules. Putting in place and developing an affiliate programme national and eventually worldwide. Ecommerce support with an online retail shop steadily going worldwide. Development of group websites and maintenance. Social media strategy and implementation. Identification of alternative digital channels for Marketing opportunity. Management of all digital reporting including management of all group digital feeds and tracking Management of identified group agencies that support the digital offering. Being the key point of digital contact from both an internal and external perspective for all digital marketing activities. Understand, coach and inspire internal team members so they develop their knowledge and skills from a digital perspective. Managing the digital sales funnel, providing stakeholders with clear insight in to both successes and opportunities. Working closely with the Group Support functions to ensure the group plan is delivered. Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff members Monitor and evaluate the performance of all departments Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Manage budgets and allocate resources appropriately Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation

Who are we looking for?



The ideal candidate will:

Be educated to a graduate level with a preference for recognised Digital/Marketing qualification. Ideally have a minimum of 10 years Digital Marketing/E-commerce related experience globally. Demonstratable experience working in key advertising/Marketing disciplines. Proven ability in SEO/ PPC/web design/social media Have proven ability to work with data tools and reporting software, including Excel. Possess the ability to present at multiple levels ensuring support and buy-in of strategies. Communicate highly and effectively both verbally and written. Demonstrate good budgetary management and analysis. Possess excellent analytical skills that support process development and Marketing ROI. Have passion for both digital systems and the ecommerce industry, including knowledge of how the ecommerce industry works. Show exceptional attention to detail. Have a proven ability to manage affiliates ensuring a partnership is achieved that is mutually beneficial. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate other Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
