NMA (UK) Ltd, trading as FreshGo, is a well-established supermarket operating at 132 Roman Road, London E2 0RN, for over 20 years. FreshGo has built a loyal customer base by offering a wide variety of high-quality products including bakery items, dairy products, groceries, fresh vegetables, and off-licence goods. The business is now expanding into digital marketing and e-commerce to better serve the local community and meet changing consumer needs.
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager will be responsible for leading FreshGo's online presence, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and managing the launch and growth of our new e-commerce platform. This is a key leadership role designed to drive customer engagement, increase online sales, and enhance the FreshGo brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across all online channels (website, social media, email campaigns, online advertising).
Oversee the design, development, and ongoing management of the company's new e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and ensure regular, engaging, and brand-aligned posts.
Develop and execute online promotional campaigns and special offers to attract and retain customers.
Analyze online sales and marketing performance data to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Manage relationships with web developers, designers, and external agencies as required.
Collaborate with store operations teams to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient order fulfillment, and excellent customer service for online orders.
Monitor and manage online customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to recommend new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Proven knowledge of in digital marketing and/or e-commerce management, preferably within the retail or grocery sector.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, PPC advertising, and email marketing tools.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and website content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams.
