, we are expanding our reach and looking for an experienced

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our digital strategy, grow our online presence, and drive inbound enquiries from individuals seeking debt solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan & manage digital ad campaigns Optimize targeting, creatives & bidding strategies Analyse performance & ROI using tools like Google Analytics Allocate & manage budgets with precision Stay on top of digital trends Collaborate with marketing, sales & stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Excellent SEO, SEM, content marketing skills & analytics tools Ability to write clear, empathetic, and compliant marketing copy Experience with compliance in a regulated environment (

FCA

knowledge preferred) Highly organised, data-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once A creative mindset and strategic thinking

Ideally you have

Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within

personal insolvency

,

debt advice

, or

financial services

Strong knowledge of UK debt solutions including

IVAs

,

DMPs

, and

bankruptcy
