About Royal Photographic Society

Founded in 1853 The Royal Photographic Society is an educational charity and the world\'s oldest photographic society with a current membership of 10000 photographers of all flavours both amateur and professional from around the world. They hold annual exhibitions which are curated to inspire and inform on the art and science of photography. The RPS is based in Paintworks Bristol\'s characterful and unique creative quarter.

The RPS is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract with potential to extend.

About the Digital Marketing Manager role

• As Digital Marketing Manager you will work initially with the Managing Director and have ownership over digital marketing strategy and campaigns with a focus on lead generation and email marketing.
• Create execute and monitor multichannel campaigns that drive membership acquisition & retention and increase brand awareness.
• Work with the wider team to monitor and track marketing metrics. You will be responsible for ensuring these are meeting business targets increasing audience engagement and driving traffic to the website and socials.

What experience you\'ll need to apply

• Proven track record in a CRM or digital marketing position as Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive ideally within a membership or subscription organisation.
• Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM software ideally Salesforce and Pardot.
• Demonstrated experience in analysing reporting on and improving marketing metrics across lead gen email and web.
• You\'ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a collaborative team player. We\'d also love to hear from you if you also have a passion for or background in the arts.
