Job Description


Reports to Head of Brand and Marketing Activation

We are seeking a forward thinking and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, supporting digital campaigns, and optimising our online presence.

The role will also be responsible for sourcing and implementing digital systems and tools that drive and facilitate client and prospect engagement, as well as leading our website redevelopment project to create a leading brand touchpoint for our target audiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and as the digital expert of the marketing activation team, drive the digital agenda to achieve business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and maximise ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various digital channels, including but not limited to website, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Lead and project manage website redevelopment, working with external developers and agencies to deliver a personalised user experience, enabling localised content in support of global brand expansion.
  • Line manage and develop a junior team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment to maximise their performance and professional growth.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, closely monitoring performance metrics and KPIs to ensure campaign effectiveness and achieve targeted objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer insights, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, using the obtained insights to inform and optimise marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing strategy and activation teams to develop compelling and engaging digital experiences, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and effective communication of key messages to the target audience.
  • Utilise data analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce and wider operations team to optimise system performance, data accuracy, client insights and reporting through integration.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and assess their applicability to enhance our marketing efforts and gain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing strategy, communications, sales, product, and design to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to optimise resources, drive campaign efficiency, and ensure the timely execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to data privacy, security, and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant legal requirements in all digital marketing activities.
What are we looking for?
  • Degree or professional qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign execution, and team management
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels and tools, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather insights from data, generate actionable recommendations, and optimise campaign performance
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Excellent team management skills, with competencies to develop high-performing teams
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas and strategies to stakeholders
  • Strong project management abilities, including prioritisation, planning, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices
