Digital Marketing Manager

who can help us connect with our audiences, build our brand presence, and drive sales through creative, data-driven campaigns.

Role Overview



The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns that engage customers, grow our mailing lists, and increase our social media presence. The role involves managing email campaigns via

Airship and Mailchimp

, scheduling and creating engaging content for social platforms, and running

paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

. You'll also bring fresh ideas to expand our digital reach, grow our following, and increase customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

Build and send regular newsletters and promotional campaigns via Airship and Mailchimp. Segment audiences and optimise for engagement and conversion. Analyse open rates, CTR, and conversions to continuously improve performance.

Social Media Management:

Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging. Engage with followers and community through comments, DMs, and live updates.

Paid Advertising:

Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Monitor budgets and KPIs (CPC, CPM, ROAS) to ensure strong returns on investment. Experiment with creative ad formats to maximise reach and conversions.

Growth & Innovation:

Develop and implement strategies to grow mailing lists (online & in-venue). Find creative ways to increase social following and engagement. Test new digital channels and approaches to reach potential customers.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track and report on campaign performance across all digital channels. Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Skills & Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in hospitality, events, or consumer brands. Strong working knowledge of CRM Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) Creative eye for content, with an understanding of what drives engagement. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and apply insights. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.

Pay: From 15,600.00 per year
