The Role
We're seeking a passionate, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. This is an expanded role with significant responsibility for growing our brand presence and driving customer acquisition through multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing
Lead implementation and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, TikTok, and affiliate networks
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
Develop creative briefs for ad content and collaborate with our graphic designer to produce engaging assets
Stay updated with digital advertising trends and platform changes to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge
Content & Social Media Management
Execute our social content plan focused on account growth and community building
Create engaging content (video and graphics) and compelling copy for all social channels
Monitor social inboxes and comments, engaging authentically with our community
Identify trending content opportunities that align with our brand values
Email & SMS Marketing
Manage weekly email campaigns to multiple segmented audiences, including design and copywriting
Optimize and manage our Klaviyo account, building effective email automations, pop-ups, and sign-up forms
Develop targeted SMS campaigns that drive conversions
Collaboration & Brand Partnerships
Work closely with our Partnerships Lead on collaborative campaigns
Support cross-promotional opportunities with aligned brands
Contribute to planning and execution of partnership marketing initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital marketing channels
Create comprehensive reports that communicate results and insights
Make data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments
What You'll BringExperience & Skills (Required)
4+ years of experience in digital marketing roles
Proven expertise in paid social and search advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok)
Strong track record of content creation and social media management
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision making
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Capability with design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut)
