Key responsibilities
Own all online activity, including the hotel and pub websites, ensuring content is regularly updated, optimised and accurate.
Develop and execute robust SEO and PPC strategies to drive qualified traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Plan, deliver, and optimise email marketing campaigns, ensuring strong personalisation, segmentation, and automation to drive direct bookings and guest retention. This includes ensuring guest data is clean and GDPR-compliant.
Oversee the hotel's social media presence across all platforms, ensuring consistent tone of voice, high engagement, and timely guest responses.
Use data and market segmentation to identify key customer groups and tailor campaigns that resonate with different audiences.
Manage and grow the hotel's social media presence across all platforms, ensuring consistent tone of voice and high engagement, with the support of the Content & Social Media Executive.
Work closely with Sales and Revenue teams to reduce OTA reliance, optimise conversion funnels, and maximise direct bookings via digital channels.
Manage the paid social plan in accordance to business objectives and priority messages.
Monitor all external websites and third parties regarding hotel and restaurant listings, ensuring content is accurate and optimised with the support of the Marketing Executive.
Collaborate with the Content & Social Media Executive to ensure a pipeline of fresh, engaging digital assets (images, videos, stories) to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Research and implement new digital marketing tools and technologies to improve efficiency and maintain a competitive advantage.
Deliver monthly reports on digital performance, highlighting ROI and key opportunities.
Assist in the management of the annual Sales & Marketing budget, focusing on digital allocations and optimising spend.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to ensure the business remains a leader in luxury hospitality online.
Key Skills, Qualities & Experience
Proven track record in digital marketing within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and digital reporting tools.
