Rhino Rank is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to personally execute and optimize our multi-channel marketing strategies. This is a critical role for a skilled practitioner who thrives on directly managing campaigns, analyzing data, and implementing innovative marketing tactics that drive measurable business growth.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our SEO, PPC, and Social Media campaigns, personally crafting and optimizing strategies that expand our brand presence and generate revenue. You'll have the exciting opportunity to launch new products and services while building brand recognition through your direct expertise and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management



Personally create, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other social platforms Execute comprehensive SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building Develop and implement social media campaigns across multiple platforms, creating content and managing engagement Write compelling ad copy, create landing pages, and optimize conversion funnels Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations

Strategic Planning & Analysis



Develop integrated digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives Analyze campaign performance daily using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform-specific tools Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels for maximum ROI Identify new opportunities through competitor analysis and market research

Product & Brand Development



Lead the digital launch of new products and services from concept to execution Create and implement brand awareness campaigns across all digital channels Develop content strategies that build authority and drive organic growth Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention

Technical Implementation



Set up and manage marketing automation workflows with the support of our in-house programming team Configure and optimize conversion tracking, remarketing pixels, and audience segments Utilize AI tools for campaign optimization, content creation, and data analysis Maintain and optimize website performance for SEO and user experience

Essential Requirements

Experience & Skills



3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with demonstrable results Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns with significant budgets (10k+ monthly) Strong SEO knowledge with examples of successful organic growth campaigns Social media marketing experience across B2B and B2C platforms Google Ads and Analytics certifications (or equivalent experience)

Technical Competencies



Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Expert-level understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity etc for content and campaign optimization Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page optimization
