? The Opportunity
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Website) to take charge of our global web presence ?. You'll be at the heart of optimising structure, UX, and conversion performance to deliver seamless digital experiences.
? What you'll do:
  • Lead optimisation & performance of UK & international websites ?
  • Drive A/B testing, analyse metrics & implement improvements ?
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing & Lead Gen teams ?
  • Manage our Senior Digital Designer to ensure consistent UX & visuals ?
  • Partner with our Senior Search Business Partner to boost discoverability ?
? What we're looking for:
  • Strong background in digital marketing & website optimisation ?
  • Proven WordPress expertise ? (Marketo experience = bonus ?)
  • Solid grasp of UX & A/B testing methodologies ?
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills ?
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or large B2B organisations ?
? Key Relationships
You'll be part of a collaborative marketing team of 11, directly managing a Senior Digital Designer, and working closely with Product Marketing, Lead Gen, and Search partners.
