About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in bringing our brand to life through powerful visual storytelling and smart digital strategies. Working closely with our Marketing, clinical and admin teams, you'll be responsible for:

Content Creation

Capturing high-quality daily content, including photography and video, from our clinics Filming patient testimonials, before-and-after smile reveals, and behind-the-scenes footage Editing and producing polished, engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and our website

Marketing & Analytics

Executing and contributing to our overall marketing campaign and calendar Tracking and analysing performance metrics (social media reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) Recommending improvements based on data insights to drive better engagement and ROI

Research & Development

Staying up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor campaigns Assisting with creative brainstorming sessions and campaign development Supporting SEO, content planning, and branding consistency across channels

Team Collaboration

Working directly with clinicians, admin staff, and our creative team Understanding and respecting patient confidentiality and comfort during filming Presenting content plans and updates in regular team meetings

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

A recent university graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field

Confident, well-presented, and totally comfortable working in a client-facing environment

Skilled in photo/video production (filming, editing, storytelling)

Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, or similar

Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Organised, self-motivated, and passionate about digital trends and brand development

Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and bring a creative flair to everything you do

Pay: 11.44-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
