Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to join TF Tools. We specialise in premium high end hand tools and toolbelts which we import worldwide. We have exclusive distribution rights to the majority of our brands.

We have a reputation for exceptional customer experience. Our marketing needs to represent our brands in an engaging and informative way.

This is a new role to the business and we are looking for the right candidate who can help shape this role based on their experience & knowledge.

You will be responsible for the creation of TF Tools Marketing Strategy, this would be developed in conjunction with our overall business strategy. We anticipate this role would be 1 day a week initially but would likely increase to 2 days a week as the business grows.

Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimisation (SEO). Manage the creation of relevant and engaging content ensuring high engagement rates. Support in recruiting freelance content creators as required Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution. Utilise project management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for all digital marketing initiatives. Analyse performance metrics using tools such as GA4 to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Providing monthly KPIs to the Directors. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within ecommerce Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Hybrid working



Initially it would be in the office as we develop the relationship with the team & create the Marketing strategy. After this we would look for the role to be hybrid. The 1 day per week maybe be utilised in other formats eg 2 days fortnightly if this works better for the role and can be mutually agreed.
