Position Overview:

Seeking a motivated individual to join the marketing team as a Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry while working alongside seasoned professionals. The apprentice will engage in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:



Digital Marketing:

Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Collaborate with team members to optimize website content for SEO and user experience. Monitor and analyse website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.

Social Media Management:

Manage company profiles on various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create engaging content for social media posts, promotions, and campaigns. Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner.

Content Creation:

Assist in the creation of high-quality content for blog posts, articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content development. Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to produce visually appealing and informative content.

Campaign Optimization:

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Assist in A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and new customer acquisition. Analyse customer data and feedback to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
